Shipping & Returns
Order placed on a weekday (Monday-Friday), will be shipped on the next working day (e.g., orders on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday, or orders on Friday will be shipped coming Monday).
There are instances that orders placed can be shipped the same day if payment is received before 1pm. Kindly contact Sweet and Glam Facebook messenger regarding this as it depends on the availability of the service.
Sweet and Glam ships items via NZ post or Aramex, both with tracking, and takes 3-5 business days. Options for next day delivery is also available with additional charge.
Return and Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the purchase or delivery, whichever is applicable. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 10 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
